ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION

Established in 1989, DAV Public School, Berhampur operates under the aegis of the DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi and now has classes from Nursery to Std. XII (Science). It is a self-financed, English-medium, co-educational senior secondary school recognized by the Government of Odisha and affiliated with C.B.S.E., New Delhi.

The school began in a modest rented space with 200 students and 7 staff members. With the dedication of its staff and the support of the School Managing Committee, it grew steadily and eventually shifted to its own spacious campus in 1997.

Today, the school has about 3000 students and 200 teaching and non-teaching staff on its 4-acre campus at Sadananda Vihar, Gosaninuagaon, Berhampur, Odisha.

To enroll your child in Nursery, LKG and UKG Classes for the session 2026-27, we have initiated the Online Registration process.

·         ONLINE REGISTRATION: The online registration will be available on school website from 5^th to 20^th December 2025.  For online registration of the application form, no fee is charged by the school.

You first need to enter your valid phone number in “NEW REGISTRATION” and click “GENERATE CODE”. You will see a password on the screen for logging in. Go to the “LOGIN INFORMATION” section, enter your phone number and the password, then click “PROCEED” to access the online application form.

·         ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Age limit of the child should be between: -  

o    3 Yrs above as on 01-09-2026 for Nursery

o    4 Yrs above as on 01-09-2026 for LKG

o    5 Yrs above as on 01-09-2026 for UKG  

·         DOCUMENTATION: Along with the other required details on the application form, attach a clear photocopy of the child’s birth certificate and a recent colour passport photo of the child. After you submit the application form online, a PDF of your registration form will be available for download or printing. Keep it safe for future reference.

·         CONTACT INFORMATION: Provide valid and current contact information, including your phone number and email address. This information will be crucial for communication throughout the admission process.

·         SELECTION LIST: The school will call the parents over the phone to inform them about the selection list and the next steps of the admission process after 22^nd December 2025.

·         IMPORTANT NOTE:

         1.         Total Seats = Nursery = 30 Nos., LKG = 120 Nos., UKG = 40 Nos.

         2.         Admission Fee: Special Development Fee (One time only at the time of admission) = Rs. 33000/-, Registration Fee (One time only) = Rs. 1000/-, Security Fee (Refundable without interest at time of leaving the school = Rs. 3000/-, Smartclass Fee (From LKG onwards)= Rs. 150/ - per month, monthly tuition fees will be informed later.      

         3.         Filling and submission of forms does not confer any right to admission.

         4.         Admission shall take place following a cordial meeting between the principal, teachers, parents and student.

         5.         In case of Existing Parents of the School, applying for admission, fill the necessary details.  

         6.         Nursery, LKG & UKG classes will run in Gandhi Nagar School Campus.

7. Registration of Special Category Candidates at Govt. Portals: Admission to reserved seats in private school under RCFCE Act. 25% of seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to weaker sections and disadvantage group in the society available in neighbourhood as per RCFCE Act., (Within 1 km of the school). In order to apply for admission to LKG in special category parents and / or guardian of eligible children will visit the Govt. Portal https://rteparadarshi.odisha.gov.in/odisha in free of cost.

A child who is selected and admitted to Nursery for the academic year 2026-27 and meets the school's requirements during that session will be automatically promoted to LKG for the academic year 2027-28.
